A public support inbox and feedback form have not been configured for this version. This page does not send or store messages. There is currently no way to submit a report through the site.
What to include in an issue report
- The tool page, browser version, operating system and device.
- Whether your input is ASCII or binary STL, its file size and triangle count if known.
- The exact steps, entered values and error message.
- The expected dimensions and the dimensions you actually see.
- Whether the same steps fail with the built-in sample model.
Keep private designs private
Do not share proprietary STL files or sensitive designs in a public report. If possible, reproduce the issue with a simple box or the sample cube. The tools process your model locally; this page does not accept attachments.
Can I recover a model after closing the page?
No. The workspace has no autosave or cloud storage. Keep your original file and export changes before leaving. Read the privacy policy for details or return to the STL editor.
